LaserPro Explorer
The Explorer is one of the fastest laser engraving systems of its kind
availble today.
This versatile system quickly marks or cuts all kinds of materials
including wood, plastic, metals, and glass. The large work area of
38 by 20 inches (96 x 50 cm) can also accommodate larger items
through front and rear panels for pass-through capability.
Or arrange multiple items in the machine to increase efficiency.
Like all LaserPro products, the Explorer is easy to set up and use
with standard software like CorelDRAWTM.
We also provide our exclusive GiftMarkTM software
and custom marking and engraving software to simplify and automate
routine tasks.
To help mazimize the machine's top speed of 80 inches per second the
exclusive QSM motion control software regulates the laser power even
while accelerating during back-and-forth scanning motion. This
eliminates overscan and speeds up processing time.
Applications include general engraving, part marking and identification,
serialization, bar coding, 2D matrix coding, day/night coding,
mold engraving, control panels, tags, signage, industrial engraving,
rubber stamps, flexoplates, micro-engraving, micro-machining,
and specialized manufacturing processes.
